Rules on juicing:
- Always wash your fruit and vegetables to rid them of all the nasty pesticides especially if you don’t buy organic!
- Once you have juiced, clean your juicer.
- Chew your juice as you would a meal.
- If taking juice as a meal add avocado and or a banana.
