Do you find it hard to commit to a daily or weekly routine? Does life always get in the way? Or perhaps you’re not sure if all this fitness malarkey is for you? Maybe you just want a day all to yourself to focus your mind and body! Whatever you need, you will find at one of my retreat days.

Several times a year I host a fitness and wellbeing day. These vary from relaxing yoga and fitness pilates days, spiritual fairs, to fun packed intensive training days to work up a sweat! No matter which type of event, there will always be a guest expert speaker to offer well-being advice, and I give out a handy gift pack with samples and freebies.
