I offer a large variety of different classes throughout the year

This wide variety ensure your body gets the best possible workout every month. Our bodies are incredible machines, and if you just do the same exercises every week it will soon adapt and burn less energy. That’s why I always shake up my classes every month, to shock your bodies back into action!

SMart Mum’s

We meet Monday and Wednesday’s and Friday’s 10am at my SMart Health and Fitness Studio off Broad Street in Banbury. The address is :

If you walk behind the Tanning Studio , past the Boxing Gym, you’ll find the Studio to the left of you. There are some steep stairs, so I’d encourage you to carry your your baby and leave the pram in the car.

There is not parking available at the Studio. These spaces are for the shop owners. Parking is available at TK Maxx, Matalan and at times on Broad Street itself.

Classes will vary from Pilates, Kettlebells, TRX, Body Weight Exercises and much more…

Each class is just £5.50. You first class is just £2.50. Membership is available for just £28.50 a month.
