Here are my top ten HIIT exercises! No excuses you can do these anywhere…

Might wanna download an app on your smart phone to time those intervals. I LOVE a good TABATA. 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off!

Squats

Jump Squats

Push ups

Power Jacks

Tricep dips

High knees

Plank Jacks

Star fish sit ups

Burpee push ups

Wide to narrow squats

You can do this in your hotel room, the park, living room…anywhere!!

Warm up for 5 mins and then GO!!!
