This begins on Monday 24th February and everything is available online! So don’t panic if you can’t make it to a class. All the workouts are only 10 mins long and this challenge includes daily instructions and a nutrition plan that is to be stuck to for great results.This challenge will be tough, but remember it is only for 7 days of your life!!

WELL!! Let’s change that feeling. I have heard all the excuses. ‘That’s easier said than done’ (IS the main one). But is it? Have you really thought it through? What is the worst that could happen? The worst that could happen is never knowing or giving you the nod to go ahead, move on and find out.
This may seem very difficult for a lot of you as we are pretty much all creatures of habit and like our routines! If life begins to feel like a re-run and you truly want to change, then stop talking about it and just do it! Nike has a wicked slogan! There are some awesome ones about, but this one is one of the BEST!
What is it that you want to achieve? How long have you been waiting to grab the bull by the horns and really show the world your talents? If you are passionate about something and you believe that you are truly great at it, that you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin when you do it, then do it!! It’s that simple!
We live our lives wishing we could have more money, go on a holiday, and live in a big house….yadadada!! But what are you doing about it to make those wishes come true? Ask yourself, do I really want all of those things? You might actually be happy with your life. My point is being grateful for what you do have and if you find that you are not happy with your life now, then you need to change direction. Ditch the toxic crap, the negative job, the friend that sucks out your soul and pulls you down, the partner that uses you like a doormat and live your life, write your own brand new chapter. Life is short and I know you may hear this every day, but you can make your dreams come true, you! Make it happen, whatever it is!

Morning! How are you all today?
Do you ever have those days where you let yourself go? You go out for a night on the town with friends. You let your hair down, have a few drinks then hunger strikes!! All you want is curry, Chinese or some other form of junk food? At the time the food seems like a wonderful idea as it soaks up the booze.
The next day! BOOM!! Your high mood drops like a stone because you walk into the kitchen and see the empty take away containers, The guilt is just unbearable. The negative chat in you head begins! Why did I allow myself to do that. Urgh!! I shouldn’t have done that! I feel fat, I am ugly, I hate what I see in the mirror! Is this you?
Then STOP it right NOW!! You are human, these things happen. Get over it and move on. Life is not about beating yourself up. If you do this you just stress yourself out which will cause you to hold onto the body fat. So do yourself a massive favour and just let it go already! Today is a brand new day!
Make a decision to eat good clean food. Write down what meals you intend to eat for the next 7 days, write your shopping lists. Stick to it. Drink mineral water and herb teas. Knowing that you are back on it and feeding yourself good food will help feed yourself positive thoughts. You must have the rough to get to the smooth groove. Are you hearing me people?
Learn to love yourself. Life is good! be grateful for everything and everyone in your life. Especially you!!
